This is the weirdest, most awesome place ever. Totally not what I expected when I put the directions up on Google maps. It's in the middle of nowhere but it was definitely worth the drive. Everyone was very nice and hospitable. I wish I could spend more time here. Took a few pictures and made sure I confirmed with the owners that it was okay to take pictures and record videos. Would love to go there again in the future.

Cool place. Friendly people. And they have beer. What more could you want from a library? Came in to look around all the old books and even the old VHS tapes they have but ended up just sitting and chilling for a while. Nice atmosphere, would definitely say to visit there and not just walk around and leave. Get involved a little.

I was only on the outside of it taking pictures which the scenery of the sunsets and sunrise is beautiful. It's a pretty easy place to hang out have fun meet people and just go on your own adventure in your life

Fascinating place seemingly in the middle of nowhere, filled with books and layered with endless interesting discoveries and art. The keeper/librarian was very friendly, and accommodating. Most unique library I have ever visited. Felt like I was on a movie set.

Cornelius is a beautiful sibling who accepted my donations of stuff people had gifted me that hopefully can help others, and then showed me a safe place to stay for the night. I ended up staying elsewhere, since the library is currently closed and I didn’t wish to impose. Keep sharing the good vibes, fam!

awesome place in the slabs. Andrew was amazing at helpful hints around the area and as a host for the movie night we attended. definitely coming back again. don’t believe all the rumors you here.

This place has so many books to choose from! My most favorite place in this world is any library so why wouldn't I go check it out ? Yes we were taking video and pictures, not of humans, but of the wonderful books ? However, after we left we were approached by a young man, who at first we thought was just conversing with us but because we were stoned, we didnt realize until halfway through his speech that he was reprimanding us for being disrespectful with our videos in someone else's establishment and that for only going to be here for four hours not to treat you guys like a zoo. Not at all what we're doing but ok that's his assumption. We actually came in lastnight and not leaving till morning to get back to our journey. We came in with very awesome vibes and am now leaving because when another human says to us we'll be in bad company, that just killed it for us. We came back to our Gypsybus and watched all of our videos from your awesome library and there are no humans in them. You were not my subjects only the books ✌
