I moved here 2 years ago and really started to enjoy it. The HOA did a fantastic professional job with the clubhouse, pool, and grounds. The community has set up clubs for almost anything from tennis to pool exercises and golf. The golf course is getting better but still needs work. It's a great golf course for average golfers and for kids to practice. Kids play for free with an adult. I really like the 24-hour manned security force that keeps solicitors and thieves out. They did not let the Google Street view car in to the community. The HOA seems fair and is run professionally.

We had to get rid of a lot of stuff when we downsized, but it was good, I'm ready to retire now and consolidate.

I was there doing a grab bar installation for a resident. Neighborhood is clean and beautiful. Looking forward to helping many residents that might need grab bars for bathroom safety.

My Grandparents have been living with the Colony for almost Six years now and We loved this place for them. They always have the best office staff and the colony is always kept up and clean but Unfortunately, the Quality of the Security team has gone down tremendously. Many security officers that are working the front gate shack are either Talking to each other the whole time and they seem like any question you ask is a chore or they are just rude. I have tried to bring it up to Security Manager and he seemed like he didn’t want to listen or even cared. As the Security lead, He was rude himself and seemed like he didn’t want to deal with our concerns.
My grandparents will start searching for a new home..
