A really beautiful Clubhouse for this 55 and over residential community. There's an auditorium where they have live shows, a pool room as in Billiards, exercise room, card room, Library, a bar area with TV, and more. The pool is open year-round and has a lift. So many different activities it's hard to choose. There's a golf course but I'm not sure about its condition. They also have frisbee golf. It really delightful community.

Quite, clean, friendly people everywhere, walking, sitting on benches visiting, my first impression was I could definitely make this my home. I only went there to pick up an outdoor heater I got off offer up, the guy was 85 yrs old healthy, big smile said if it doesn't work he'd refund the money, brand new never used but 2 yrs old. One guy I saw on a corner was planting rose bushes I bet he was doing it because he could it wasn't even a house just a walk through area he probably buys a couple rose bushes every month when he gets his pension some fertilizer and out of his car and kindness of his heart it makes him feel good. But thats the way I saw it. Sure was pretty. Guard shack respectful treated you with a smile on his face, unlike bear creek where your treated poorly and questioned why your there if it's your first time , like guilty until proven innocent. Highly recommend the Colony.

A great place to live. Lots of activities, pool, gym, hair and nail salon, tennis, pickleball and constant events. Join the wine club or go to a concert. Movie night once a month in the auditorium. People are friendly and active. Its 55 and over but no old people live here!?

Its very nice and its a huge facility with activities galore for the people there. They take care of the building well and have beautiful live plants throught the community area. Id say it doesnt get better than this place for a senior community.

We own a home & lived here for 4 years. We needed an Emergency Repairman. A guard, Mr. Myers refused to allow the Emergency Repairman to come to our home. This happened at 5:45pm. It was an electrical issue. My husband & I were scared that it Might cause a ? fire.

This property is just beautiful. I have several friends who live there. The clubhouse is always so clean and several things always going on. Always enjoy myself there. ?
