A couple of months ago my 97 years young WWII POW grandpa fell on the front porch of his house and it was the first time I had ever had to call 911. It was more traumatic for me than my grandpa because he kept trying to keep me calm and said it was just bump on the back of his head. Murrieta Fire & Rescue was beyond amazing and I owe them so much, they helped not only my grandpa, but me because they knew I was in shock. I have been meaning to take some type of treat to offer my extreme gratitude! I have been spending time with my grandpa and I thought you would enjoy seeing pictures of his first pedicure and he loves Chipotle! Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart! I pray you are all safe and blessed! Thank you!! ?

We came home and there was an electrical smell. We searched the whole house for the cause and couldn't find it. We called the non-emergency line and they dispatched a few truck's. The dispatch even called back and asked us to vacate the home. The first truck arrived only a few minutes after calling. They were very professional and did a thorough search of the house, using thermals and testing outlets. The Captain spoke to us and gave us his findings then asked us to please call if the smell got worse. This was my first interaction with the Murrieta, Temecula, and Riverside FD. I was very pleased with their response and activities on scene. Thank you gentlemen for coming out and ensuring the house is safe.

they responded to a 911 call from my wife-very professional-seemed to be at door almost as soon as we put the phone down-couldnt do enough for us=PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE (TINGED with humour) main result -altogether piece of mind-about possible future needs we are-in the 70s-will gladly make donation to fire dept
