I’ve attempted to do business with this company on multiple occasions and they are never helpful. I know things happen but I try to give companies the benefit of a doubt because things do happen. They don’t follow up or give a timeframe for service. I submitting a print request 3 weeks in advance and gave a sample item to be printed on. They literally never looked at my request and I went up there personally when the request was made with merchandise in my hand. I eventually picked up my sample with no explanation or apology as to why I was never serviced. I had a deadline to meet and now it’s a complete fail due to their unprofessionalism. If they didn’t have time that would have been very understandable but they didn’t try. I could have made other arrangements.

I came to know MH3 through work (they are one of the approved vendors for the company I work for). After multiple great interactions with Mark and Mimi through my job, I have started to use them for various printing needs in my personal life.

Mimi is great and always responsive. We often provide her a decent print/sample of what we're looking for and she's always able to turn it around into something useable with just a few emails back and forth.

Mark and Mimi are a great team and I highly recommend reaching out to them if you have any printing needs in the Mobile area.

I was in need of a two sided flyer that I needed quick. I called Rachel and she was able to produce the piece in like three days!! Everything on the piece was perfect. I appreciate the artwork and the finished product. The owner of the company even delivered the flyers!!

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I contacted this company back in october about a job. I initially met with mimi diamond who assured me the job was, simple and would be a breeze to handle. She never got with me and when I contacted her she claimed to never have gotten the info. I resent everything and she assured me I would receive proofs soon. Once again she never got back with me and stopped responding to my emails. after over two months went by I finally got her on the phone and she then changed her story to tell me they couldn't do the job. When i asked her why she didn't inform me of this when we first spoke she just got loud and kept repeating the phrase "there's nothing we ca do". When she finally stopped I informed her that we could scrap the original design and go with something plain and simple, she once again started to repeat "there's nothing we can do" and then hung up in my face. I immediately called back and spoke with the owner mark travis. He was apologetic and assured me that this is not how they handle business. He gave me his email and asked me to send over everything; just like mimi he pointed out it was a high end job but they could do it and either him or his business partner pat would reach out to me. Once again I got no call back or follow up email. I called him for weeks and emailed him with no reply, it wasn't until I called from a different phone that he magically picked p the phone. Once again he assured me it would be handled and once again he disappeared and left me hanging. At this point I kept calling and of course he didn't call me back for a while. When I finally got hi on the phone he basically told me he knows his employee and that she wouldn't dare "get out character" basically implying it was something I must have done. He then proceeded to give me the numbers of other print shops because they didn't want to do my job for me. He went on to say they they are blessed and doing well and have the right to pick and choose what jobs they take on or deny. I did nothing wrong and my time was wasted for months dealing with them. Instead of giving a fake apology it would've been nice had he corrected his employee but instead I was thrown to the side and ultimately asked "why do I need to understand why they don't want to take my job". I have never been treated so terribly in my life by a company. If you want a professional place that will do what they promise look elsewhere.

I had a very specialized order. I needed vinyl stripes for Taekwondo belts and in a tight window. From concept to production, Mh3 provided incredible customer service and satisfaction. The end product was a huge hit and will be part of our tournament experience from now on. I highly recommend them and they are my one source for taking my brand to the next level.
