Huge kudos to the United Way of Weld County. They are superb during typical times AND now have done a remarkable job supporting COVID relief efforts and continuing to provide services during this Pandemic. The UWWC staff have shifted and pivoted to meet the many needs in our community in this complex environment.

Went here to try to get help for my family myself, my wife and four minor children they wouldn't even buzz us in to speak to a counselor. They told us there was no help for us here that we need to call 211 even though 211 is who sent us here.

I have called them several times over the last year. There is never any assistance and they tend to be kind of rude. Maybe im just use to Nashville 211 IDk, but the service is suposto be confidential and they shouldn't be able to keep your information, but for some reason they do at this one. I find some of them to be rude and judgmental. I also think that they help who they want too. I'm just saying Iv called about 5 times over the last year and after the initial contact I have never received or been referred to any agency that could help. I am always told that i dont qualify and there's not any help. If that's the case then 211 isn't needed because iv found my own resources by calling myself. 211 Weld County needs to be check for ethics violations and equal opportunity.
