Do not use this company to publish your Fictitious business AD. I had system errors trying to input my information on four separate occasions to the point where I had to call and have a representative assist me. Once we noticed that there was a typo, I had reached out for them to correct it and run the AD another 4 weeks at no charge since this was an error on their part. The county even mentioned that this is a common issue with this company. Instead of properly assisting me, when I called for assistance, I had a representative answer my call on her cell phone while she was driving who was very rude and impatient. I hung up and called back when I finally had a nice lady answer and informed me to email the issues and indicate that I am not to be charged to rerun the AD. I sent an email explaining the situation to serval individuals and they would not accept accountability for their system errors and the fact that I had to have a representative assist me with my online order. Lastly, to obtain your affidavit, I had called them for straight two weeks due to them not sending my affidavit to me or the county recorder, which they are suppose to do automatically once the AD is completed. I had left seven messages with no response until I finally got ahold of an individual in Ohio who then emailed a supervisor to reach out to me ensuring I received the affidavit. Please do not use this company to save yourself from the hassle and stress. Go to a company that has great customer service and takes accountability.
