So I Got a frog

I typically like the books and the worker is nice, however I had to give this a one star rating due to a book they carry that creates hate speech against Christians. It insults Christianity and is blasphemous, portraying the Virgin Mary in an ugly way and a mockery of her right in the cover. Why insult a religion and make Christians uncomfortable? Why not allow inclusivity? Outrageous

Fabulous book store with an excellent, diverse variety of books! Lots of stock too, for a smaller space. If you're looking for thought-provoking, important, current books with great representation and diversity, this is your stop! That goes for adult, YA, and kids books too! Tons of 2SLGBTQIA+ books & graphic novels as well, both fan-faves and new releases. Also cute bookmarks and journals! Staff is always incredibly friendly and kind, which makes the whole experience wonderful every time.

Epic books is a great neighborhood book store. They don't have a deep selection in store but what they have is all very good. Also you can get them to order basically anything in for you that you could want. Great place to go if you are looking for a recommendation, less so if you are looking for an obscure book that you don't want to wait for them to order for you. Staff are excellent, very friendly, and the store is clean, well lit, and well taken care of.

Such a perfectly curated bookshop. Staff are friendly, funny, super helpful and informative/knowledgeable, and always quick to find out and look up anything they don't know off the top of their heads! Great communication whenever you make a special order, too.

Everyone that I've interacted with is always very nice and helpful.

I've ordered from them on three separate occasions and it's always been great. The second time I had ordered, one of the books ended up being on back order from the publisher, so when my third order arrived Joe offered to ship the available books from my second order at the same time.

My only issue is the lack of response from the email listed on their website. However, when responding to the shipping confirmation email, they're always very prompt, which is why it's a 5 star and not a four star.
