I paid for parking my truck at this truck stop with points. The cashier woman said that there were some problems and scanned my card several times. And in the evening I noticed that she wrote off all my accumulated points. I contacted them because I had several paid spots in the app. But they told me to contact support, which also does nothing. In fact, this is stealing my money, because I could have bought goods with this money. And one parking spot costs $ 22. I have not yet complained that they have a paid spot that you have to go and look for. And when I parked my truck for several days, they also hit me.

The woman at the Wendy’s cashier she wasn’t very welcoming and rude and she handed me the food without calling me and I jus turned around to see if my food was ready and it was and she didn’t even call me to get my food. If I didn’t turn around I wouldn’t have known that my food is ready, I only gave it a 4 star because the gas station is clean.

The reviews really help to identify the right people athe right place to visit,I called today 12/22/24 by 2:45pm just to check the price of the gas and they told me they couldn't discuss that information 🙂 I asked to speak with the manager giving them a second chance to provide great customer service and he told me the same.

I go everywhare and call pilot all the time and they always give me the price over the phone.
If they can't give me that price I think they have a poor customer servthan I called Jasmine at the Fontana location and she had no problem giving me the gas price, thank you Jasmine for your great customer service.

Clean, hot water in showers and good pressure, I had #2. Laundry and drivers lounge was clean. They have a Wendy's. Friendly staff. Would return.

Update: my shower wasn't exactly clean. Soap on the holder in the shower, pubic hair on the toilet seat, and a pair of wet socks over the fan. How did they miss all that Parking is always a nightmare. They really need more parking!

This location is busy and gets very crowded at times. The semi parking is not enforced so trucks park wherever they can fit which makes maneuvering through the lot, rather tricky. There are places to take your dog but not specifically designated for that purpose. The showers were decent, clean and had fully functional faucets. The store is clean and well stocked with one exception, the coffee area. The syrups are sticky, the counters were filthy and the creamer trays were virtually empty. Today, I decided to refill the creamer try myself and was met with a Karen, who had a badge that indicated she worked there, but her work ethic indicated differently. Karen threw a large woman sized tantrum when she saw that someone was doing her job. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. Overall, if this location added security to patrol the parking lot and enforce the rules, along with giving Karen a much needed attitude adjustment, this location would be fantastic!

Be extremely careful when purchasing items from the Mira Loma station. Apparently they are aware that some of their products are faulty and thus have put up a piece of paper behind the register stating that these items are "Final Sale" which when I asked the clerks working they had no idea this even existed. The managers here chose to try covering their backside in such a sneaky way. Won't tell their loyal customers these items are final sale and will continue to sell them knowing all the well they don't work. I had purchased a shower and decided to trim my hair so I purchased a $20 set of clippers they had on the shelf. When I went to use them it began to cut for maybe 30seconds then nothing but hair pulling for the remainder of the time. Losing the whole shower time and having to leave with patches of hair everywhere I went and got my hair cut and brought the clippers back when I explained the situation to the manager she told me yeah those clippers are now on a final sale list. When I asked where this list was she became very rude and demeaning talking down to me as if I should know it existed. When I asked the workers to show me this list which is not visible from the customers view. The clerk had no idea this list existed as well. She had to call the manager to ask where this list was when she pointed out a piece of paper behind the register she said this list tapped to the wall where no customer would be able to see unless it was pointed out and was able to get on the register table awkwardly to find what items are being sold as "final sale". When I asked her what am I to do with a non working pair of clippers she laughed and said sorry it's on Final sale nothing I can do about it take it up with a regional manager....bet you I'm going to miss Jacky...

They are not cleaning showers on time. I myself see there were 14 people waiting and almost 8 out of 10 showers were not is use and not cleaned. Staff is so rude and when i said not body is cleaning the showers they said don’t worry people wait upto 5 hours for showers here. So management has to look seriously into this metter.
