Nice clean and friendly staff. 2 slices of Pizza for 5$ and 2 chicken wings for 5 kind a expensive but it taste good.

I was on my 300 mile mark (total trip distance would be 400), and the Chevron station I usually stop at to fill up was getting a complete makeover! I had enough gas to go maybe 20 miles, + or -. My search was on!!
It turned out to be a good thing, because I stopped at Big B's and found the fuel prices only 5 cents more a gallon than at home! So much better than where I was going before! I needed a few things as well, and they had everything I needed.
The store was fully stocked, clean, and so was the restroom! The staff was also very friendly and helpful!
Big B's Travel Center is my new oasis!!

Not a friendly place. Employee doesn't have any customer service skills. Very rude, especially the lady in the front with the gems glued to her eye lids with the heavy makeup. Couldn't even greet anyone walking into the store. She seems like she hates her job. They need to hire people who are friendly and doesnt have an attitude. I wouldn't go back because of that lady.

OMG! THIS WAS A GREAT GAS STOP FOR ME! I was traveling from Sacramento to Riverside and saw this truckstop buy accident. I got gas at a good price... used the bathroom... and OMG they had hot fried chicken options. I tell you whoever cooked that chicken did a helluva job! I think it's called Krispy Krunchy Chicken, but it was 10:30 a.m. and I couldn't resist, it smelled so good I had to get some. I also got the potato wedges with the meal. The food was hot and crispyy and the chicken is better than ALL those other chicken places I ķid you not! Stop here for great chicken, great customer service and gas of course, lol. I'll be stopping here on all my trips!

I ALWAYS USED to stop here for Krispy Krunchy Chicken...NEVER again!! An 8 pc dark is now $13...up $4 from the usual AND ALL THE OTHER KRISPY KRUNCHY LOCATIONS (I'm a truck driver so I hit MANY!) Ok...I wanted the chicken bcuz its GOOD!!! The problem-- they give ONE SMALL PKG OF RANCH. WHICH WILL DO NOTHING FOR 8 PCS...they wanna charge me for another!!! So, since you'd rather void/lose a $15 sale over a $.59 packet of ranch...KEEP YOUR CHICKEN!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK. YOU JUST LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER. IT OBVIOUSLY MEANS NOTHING TO YOU, SO BYE!!!!

I used to fuel there 4 days a week for over a year, until I got contaminated DEF from their pumps. I know this because it was the only place I would fill my DEF tank. Thought i was saving money. NOPE! Caused $7500 damage to my truck. Cash out of my pocket..Not very happy! Called them and told them to test their tanks.. gal that I talked to didn't seem too concerned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FUEL THERE. They do not guarantee their fuel.

One of my favorite stops along CA-99. The chicken is always fresh, and if they're out, they will cook more within approximately15 minutes. The service is great, and the store is stocked well.
Stop in & see for yourself !!!
