Lovely store with lovely owners. Not your typical used book store. No romance section taking up most of the space lol. The on-site manager took a shine to my sister so we stayed for awhile.

Probably the best used bookstore in the San Diego area, all things considered. While not necessarily the place to find used versions of the latest paperbacks, I frequently go through the history and philosophy sections for older paperbacks to flesh out my own library. The owners are friendly as well. Highly recommended.

My husband and I love coming here. We always find great gems with great prices and end up leaving with quite a few books. Owners are always so nice and welcoming! Don’t forget to say hi to the kitty.

A nice little Book store. The owners were very friendly and super helpful. A large selection of used and many difficult to find books.

Went there with some of my unused books and they checked it out on the spot. Received a good offer.

The staff was friendly and helpful, The prices were very fair, and I even found some good deals. They had a great selection of history books which is what I was looking for. This is a good old-fashioned used bookstore with a great selection and a wonderful ambience. It was well lit and had a lot of little comfortable nooks and chairs and benches to sit in to look through your selections. Downtown la Mesa was charming and fun to walk as well. We will definitely be back.
