A nice and pleasant LA county library to cool off in and get some work done. I come here often and it is pretty quiet.

My daughter went in the teen room every computer was taken by a male adult. So we in the kids room were asked to go out cause we had no kid. Very unsafe to have adults in the child’s area and ITS ALSO unsafe for grown men to be in the teen area

We are at this library at least once a week. The staff is kind, attentive and helpful. The inter-library loan system is SUPER fast and staff goes out of their way to find what you need. My kids love the toys and the variety of activities. I only wish they had MORE day time options but I understand there's not enough demand (as of now.)

NOTE TO SUPER CRANKY OLD PEOPLE: You need to check the calendar and come on days when there's NOT a child-focused event. During the summer they typically host baby and toddler workshops in the morning. So if you want monastery-like silence....don't come on those days. Occasionally, there are cranky adults who want absolute silence. It's just not possible when there's a room of a dozen toddlers dancing and clapping. Also, don't be a jerk.

Quiet branch with newer facilities: clean, friendly staff, easy parking. Great selection of kids books, especially in the 'friends of the library sale' area.

Brand new facility. Top notch. Friendly staff and great divided reading areas for kids, teens, etc. Clean and organized. For once, a great use of our taxes.
