So today I purchased my first ever gaming console for my daughter. Dawson and Nina were the BEST!!! They were so patient and answered all of my questions. They made sure the console and controller worked and worked with me to get the best deal. I even witnessed their professionalism when de-escalating a situation with a customer who was arguing with them that they did not have to check the games he was trying to exchange. They were professional and courteous and the customer left completely satisfied. 10/10 recommend!!!

I’ve shopped at this GameStop since it was open. It has it ups and downs. No matter what manager you get it is not going to save the store. We have not had a decent manager in years. The employees they hire on should not be thrown to the wolves. The prices are outrageous and they no longer price match with online prices. None of the employees get paid enough to deal with what I’ve seen as far as some crazy customers. Our store will not go over and beyond anymore and I can not say I blame them anymore. I could go into some serious complaints with this store and certain issues I’ve seen but no one cared when I addressed it as a concerned customer who shops almost everyday there. I understand if this store closes same with Leeds.

I ordered a used PS5 controller from GameStop and it came from this store. I spent $50 on it and when it arrived it was gross and dirty. The analog stick also pulls to the side making gameplay aggravating if not impossible in some senarios. They sold me junk.

Funko pops are a good price and employees here are nice and will help you find what you looking for. None of them are hateful and they actually look like they want to work here. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

The young man that assisted me with my trade-ins today was a remarkable display of arrogance, unfriendliness, and complete disrespect. He called my items "absolutely horrible" before sorting (throwing) them around, and looking at me like he couldn't stand the fact I was alive and breathing. He told me "14 bucks, need ID" after finishing with my ID, threw it on the counter at me while I had my arm out to receive it instead, pointed at the pad for me to sign. He finished by pushing the money and receipt in my hand, and offered no farewell.. people like this, shouldn't be in customer service.
