A great place for your frame job, that you want to stand out!

Was assisted by a very nice salesperson that took the time to help me with my order. We we're very rudely interrupted by two employees that insisted that the salesperson rush off to assist another customer. One of the employees then stayed to complete, or rather, start my order from the beginning. The employee was obviously overheated and not able to complete my order without sarcasm and eye rolling when I asked for explanations on different framing techniques. I felt as though my business was not appreciated. Will not return to this business.

I have had good experiences here since moving to GJ 8 years ago. The work has always been well done and they are so helpful in choosing frames and mat colors. This past week I took in a picture that had been "printed" on a rectangle of wood creating a beautiful memory of a place very dear to me. It didn't have a wire or any hooks attached to the back of the wood so I was unsure how to hang it. Given a brief 15 minutes, she returned the picture with a wire screwed carefully into the back and waved off my attempt to pay for it. It only "took a minute" and I could provide a review on Facebook. What a generous and thoughtful service she provided. Use Frame Depot whenever you have framing needs!!!

Quality, efficient, and very friendly!
The Frame Depot should be your go-to place in the valley, for any framing needs. They have a huge selection of mattes and frames to choose from. Also, UV-ray protective glass to protect your images. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They work with you, so your project is just as you want it. They may even have ideas to make it better! I'm a local artist. I'm very happy to say, I can trust them with my work. The end result is always professional and beautiful. I will be continuing my business with the Frame Depot!
