Better than expected. Was looking for some specialty hardware to mount my flat screen television. They didn't have exactly what I needed but the fella at the counter gave me some spare parts he which worked for what I needed. Fella went out of his way to help and would not accept cash for the parts he gave me. They know their business.

Was on my way through town from Durango. I walked right in asked a quick question and Troy dropped what he was doing and took a few minutes to diagnose my problem, he fixed it right then and there. Very friendly and down to earth folks. We were renting a house for the week that had a pool table but chalk was nowhere to be found. After scouring Pagosa Springs for pool chalk, we ended up at Axxis Audio off the request from a local pub. The manager of the store informed me that no chalk was for sale there, only top of the line home entertainment equipment. He then proceeded to take me upstairs to Axxis Audios personal game room and GAVE me some chalk out of his personal pool equipment. Anyone who would do this for a stranger from Oklahoma moves up my list of businesses that I'll do business with if ever the need arises. Just wish this store was in my hometown!!!
