The worker at the store was unbelievably rude. Commented that we better by buying the toy that my 2 year old was carrying around. Not a kid friendly store, even though they carry children’s toys. Sad I had to give this store money.

This store is amazing! If you're like my family, when you travel you want to find a little something to take home with you, and if you have multiple children like we do everyone wants something. This is the place to go! There was something for everyone and it didn't break the bank! Such a great variety of merchandise at great prices. If you are coming to Pagosa Springs, you have to check this store out!

Went in for the first time yesterday around lunch time. Very unfriendly person (Andrea) working, making rude comments and very unwelcoming. Will not be back.

We visited Pagosa for a few days for family vacation so a special little something was part of the deal for the kids. Our oldest was immediately hooked on a slingshot or “marshmallow shooter” - many, many thanks for planting that seed! And our more discerning kid circled back after checking out a few other stores and landed on a lovie/ stuffy but one full of lavender you microwave to heat up which I’m a fan of because who needs yet another just stuffed animal. The proprietress was so fun at checkout- talking directly to the bear and telling it she’d like her new home and telling our daughter she had to tell her all about it and about all her new friends. Great selection, awesome customer service, we all got our “little something” to remember the trip at San Juan Lifestyle.

Not sure who was working when my wife and kids came in on a Friday afternoon, but she was extremely rude. My kids were picking up kids toys to look at them, and the employee was grunting and moaning under her breath. I think you’re working at the wrong store if kids coming and picking up kids toys is frustrating.

My children are VERY well behaved. Maybe you should look up from your cell phone and help the customers.
