This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious, the laundry was easy to use, and breakfast was great. The service was the highlight of our stay. Britney worked the front desk both nights we were there and helped us get everything we needed. From coins to towels to finding forgotten items, she was always happy to help and got what we needed incredibly fast. We are so thankful! Would absolutely stay again!

We made a reservation to celebrate a birthday and get out of the house. This hotel looked amazing and we were so excited for our getaway. The hotel then called and cancelled our reservation because we live in the same city as them. No explanation other than "it's hotel policy to not rent rooms to guests that live here." Booked the Courtyard by Marriott instead for cheaper.

Typical large suite with full size fridge and microwave. Perfect for a family or long stay for work. Indoor pool was surprisingly warm, perfect with the cool mountain air. Jacuzzi is decent with 10 jets. Staff was helpful and all had smiles.
Great stay for us with a perfect location being just off the highway. We'll be back.

Stayed here for 5 days for work. All the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The room has a nice mini kitchen, including dishes , a dishwasher, and a full fridge. The breakfast wasn't the best, but for a quick bite on my way out in the morning, it worked.

It wasn't a great experience. Even though the apartment was nice, we arrived to find it smelling unpleasant. There was an exhaust fan that couldn't be turned off, producing a constant noise throughout the night. To make things worse, when we decided to take a shower, we realized there was no liquid soap provided.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it’s usually been a decent experience. The staff aren’t particularly friendly, but they do their jobs. The rooms are newer and generally clean. However, my most recent attempted stay was a disaster.

I booked my room through Priceline, as I always do, but there was an issue with the reservation. Neither Priceline nor the hotel staff could explain what went wrong. After some back and forth, I asked the employee to cancel my reservation through Priceline so I could just pay for the room directly with my card.

This process took nearly an hour, and when I was finally ready to pay, the employee quoted a price that was $70 higher than my original booking. I asked if they could honor the original rate since the error wasn’t my fault, but the employee refused. Frustrated, I decided to leave and found a room at a different hotel.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning to this hotel. It’s not a nice enough place to keep my business after an experience like this.

First time at a H2S and loved it. Great lobby, beautiful modern well appointed room, good outdoor seating, nice laundry facilities, great breakfast, friendly staff, and quick text response from front desk. We think it is a step up from our usual Holiday Inn Express stays. You can pick you room ahead of time, and get a digital room key.
