I have been coming for over a year now, and I won't be back. It's such a hit or miss with dip. Sometimes, I get my nails done and they are wonderful. Sometimes, I get my nails done and they look like the photo after a few days. I haven't had my nails done for a week and 6 are cracked. They do them too thin!! I have tried to make appointments to get the best girls, and it's the same. They always fix them for me, but I simply don't have time to come back a week later.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I was wondering why this place is never busy. It’s extremely BAD customer service. I chose this place because it’s two minutes away from my house. They never can do the styles on their website. The one lady who says she the owner changes the cut off time. Now, on the website it say that they close at 7:00pm, but right now it’s 5:15 and and been here since 5:00pm, it’s empty as usual and they’re in here doing each others nails. How are you too busy for a paying customer. I looks like they only want to do white women nails, or this is not a real Nailshop maybe a front for something else. I don’t know if she is the true owner but this lady has the potential to ruin this business. I asked is it that you don’t want to do my nails, because I’m the simplest customer. I get my nails done the same way every time and my nails are always short. Just getting a fill in. Plus, I asked way does the price change every time you add 5 to 15 dollars from the last time. Do you really want to do my nails. She replied, No.
I’m only getting a basic fill in and cut down. She said she doesn’t know how much the cost is until she’s done plus she kept mentioning a 5$ dollar up charge. Now, I make over 80,000 a year working in my career, not to mention I own my own business. How strange. Truth be told the man that did my nails the first time was great and I loved my nails and referred many people to him. He is who I believe is the real owner, because when he’s there it’s never a problem. But, the last three times it has been a problem. He was not there. Now, I never do negative reviews. This will be the first. So I am advising that if you are considering this place, to just simply pick another place.

Love this place! As always, Michael did a great job on my manicure & pedicure. He asked me if I liked the shape and length of my nails (natural nails). Prior to setting the gel, he also asked if I liked the shape of the French manicure. I scheduled an appointment a few days in advance. Very busy place on Saturdays & Sundays, recommend appointments if you're heading there on these days. Great prices, excellent service!

I don't understand people complaining about anything AFTER leaving the salon. Say something while you're there! DUH, PEOPLE!!!! The staff will happily correct the issue BEFORE you leave. They care about client satisfaction & take pride in their work.

I have gone here now a few times and I absolutely love this place. Every time I have felt like a priority, but today when I came in with two broken cracked and painful nails for acrylic (which was my fault for doing my own press ons) they did everything to not hurt me and were so nice about it. Nails look amazing and I feel way better now. They are worth the hype

I love E nails, it’s quiet, chill, and clean. They have 2 small adorable dogs that are a great distraction if you're impatient like I am. I am obsessed with my nails every single time. They always execute exactly what I ask for!

I have been a regular of this salon for about a year now. I used to just come in for their pedicures, which I enjoy. But the past few months I have been getting my nails done (acrylics). Caleb does such a great job on them, and I really appreciate his attention to detail. Today I was a bit indecisive on the color and Caleb was very patient with me. I really appreciate that.

Called in this morning and was told the wait would be 20 min with no appointment. I maybe waited five minutes before they started with me! Amazing service, they were super friendly and worked quickly but my nails look amazing. The set I picked out (gel for hands and regular for toes) didn’t match for some reason and they let me change the color of the toes to match with my nails. I have definitely found my new go to place!
