All staff members were amazing, very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring. Especially the ladies in the admissions office, they were lovely! A special thank you to their associate director of admissions. The definition of caring, knowledgeable, and going above and beyond. I honestly fell in love with her kindness and beautiful personality (beautiful inside and out). My daughter and I were/are more than just grateful to her.

The woman working the online order pickup is unnecessarily RUDE AND HATEFUL! She treats students like trash. And god forbid you ask her a question that requires her to get up from her desk. You WILL know if that woman feels inconvenienced. We already pay enough for these textbooks and finding the correct ones is stressful enough without a grown woman screaming at you for not knowing their policies! I’ve never been treated so horribly in my life, OVER A BOOK!

The bookstore here on campus is a wonderful resource to buy books from, as their prices, more-often than not, are on par with the prices of other competitors (i.e. Amazon or Chegg). The staff is usually very friendly and they have a large selection of miscellaneous items on sale as well. I would definitely recommend at least checking them out while you're on campus.

They sell expired snacks.

I picked up bagged trail mix on my way to class so I could have a snack for the day. First bite was full of rancid nuts, so I ran back with my receipt. They told me there was nothing they could do because the package was opened. No customer checks the expiration date on their food because the store handles that! The trail mix expired 4 MONTHS ago!

This is a health and safety issue and they treated me like I was trying to run a scam on $3 worth of trail mix. I just wanted an edible snack because I paid for edible food.
