Went in to renew passports for our boys. Minors can't renew online. Staff was knowledgeable and did a great job. (It helps that I read the instructions on the website before we went so we knew what to bring.)

Avi helped me with my passport renewal and she was AWESOME. She is very friendly, cheerful, kind, patient and helpful. The type of employee that the county should have for its customer service. David was so awesome helping us with our marriage license. He made the experience so much fun and even gave us stickers(so cute) and took a photo of us after. He had a stamp so we could place a pawprint for our dog as a witness. All around awesome and friendly guy!
