What a special spot!

Tons of seating, and bright big windows to let in the sun.

Amazing array of gluten free options.. I was in paradise! Ultimately only got the little seed ball with cacao nibs (don’t remember the name) but it was dreamy. Wish I’d come when I was hungrier! My boyfriend who’s not gluten free got a sandwich and was very impressed.

Definitely recommend this spot 🙂

I’m from the Littleton area but was spending a week up here and found this little spot. There’s absolutely not a better place to spend your morning. One of the best lattes I’ve ever had and truly a spot to grab a healthy breakfast that you can feel good about. There are other bagel shops in the area so that that’s what you’re looking for. That’s fine but if you’re looking to feel good about the choices you’re making, come here

I was in town for a training and visited this place multiple times. I was stoked to find a gf cafe and was very pleased with everything I got. Their chai was tasty as well as the muffin I had… I think it was a morning muffin?
I also ordered one of the breakfast specials with smoked salmon and whipped goat cheese (pictured). It was delicious!
There is plenty of seating and it seems like a good spot to meet friends or get some work done.
I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

I enjoy coming here! Their smoothies are really good and I like the quality of their products. The atmosphere is really nice. It’s sometimes not the most welcoming place but friendly enough that I will keep returning. I hope they expand their menu bc it feels a little limited. But what they do have, is yummy! Thanks again!

One of my favorite hang outs in the Boulder area. High quality food and consistently good espresso. Many more options for food and drink than majority of cafes. Plenty of comfy space to hang out. Super healthy AND cool.

It was fine. I liked the espresso taste, just not a great pull - if it's top notch espresso you want you might try elsewhere. Mediterranean avocado toast was good. The right size portion. And the space is very inviting and comfy.

Cavegirl bakery is one of my favorite places. I enjoy the delicious baked goods that are gluten free. The sunrise muffins are always in my order. I take baked goods home and enjoy them with morning tea. The recipes are incredible and it is fun to taste such unique treats. It is my favorite comfort food destination. Great atmosphere and outside seating too!! I highly advise Cavegirl to all that want to have a nice baked good with no gluten and I promise it does not disappoint!!! 🍰

Good coffee/decor.

"Blarg, it's gluten free" food. The panini is cracker sized/small. Fairly underwhelming. Cookie was alright/fresh.

Service seemed well trained and professional. Independent coffee shop has plenty of character. Always love the local artwork on the walls. Friendly people inside.

The food was particularly disappointing because I was pretty hungry after a 3 hour bike ride, and 3 more hours to go. At least you can't over eat though.
