Loved this place! They have a ton of unique brands and designer stuff. There are a lot of Japanese brands like Taiga Takahashi, Kapital, etc. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The girl we worked with was there to answer all our questions and even offered us drinks. They also have a lot of non-clothing items like candles/household stuff. I would absolutely recommend if you are into designer clothing to check this place out!

(Only critique is that a lot of the items don’t have prices on them or they have tags with other currencies that can be a bit confusing.)

Have shopped here many times, both in person and online orders. In stark contrast to the high end more niche boutiques around the country and world that I’ve been to that carry such coveted brands like Canoe Club, I have experienced nothing but the best customer service. The staff is friendly and excited about the product they sell, style in general and happy to greet and help you unlike many other stores I could mention where staff only give condescending, pretentious attitudes like you’re also a bother to them for shopping there. Orders have processed and shipped always so promptly. I’m glad a store like this exists in CO as there’s nothing else in the state that carries such great brands and their curation is always A1. If you’re into the best domestic, Japanese and European brands and prefer an elevated selection this is the best stop to make.

I purchased a pair of shoes online from the Canoe Club last fall. I thought they were women's shoes because it didn't indicate otherwise. When I received them, I realized they were men's shoes, so I returned them right away without wearing them, and requested a refund. I never got the refund. I disputed transaction with my credit card, and they still refused to work with me. I asked the manager and she refused. I'm sorely disappointed about their lack of integrity.

I called the main # with a question regarding an online purchase I had just made. The phone was answered right away, the person that answered was happy and sincerely wanted to help. And he did - question anmawered and I received my item 2 days later. Very happy with my first experience at Canoe Club!

Super weird guy in the store trying on a bunch of jackets and talking about everything else he owned. Some stuff they carry is alright, but it's pretty sad if you need them to curate your style for you.

Was so excited to go in person. Amazing curation, but why the gatekeepy sales associates. Haven’t felt this bad about shopping in a long time. Was super weird and left a bad taste in my mouth.
