I went there for looking for some stuff. What I like from ikea is they give us ideas about the concept of the room, kitchen set and stuff.
The food was delicious, I recommend the garlic cod also plant based meatball

It’s really nice to go there for browsing some stuff with affordable prices

Absolutely useless staff at returns and exchanges. Started my exchange at 11:30. It’s 1 now and I still haven’t gotten my exchange. Good luck if you need to exchange anything here.

We will never go back to IKEA - ever! We haven't been to IKEA in 15 years. We now remember why. We went to the store in January, bought a couch, arranged for the delivery date, and for someone from Task Rabbit to come to our house to put it together. It seemed simple enough and we were reassured everything would be smooth as ice and twice as nice but then we paid and the absurdity began.

IKEA continuously changed the delivery date after we taken off work multiple times to accommodate the delivery schedule and the Task Rabbit professional. We attempted to be as flexible as possible but IKEA made it as painful as one could make a delivery.

IKEA customer service stated twice - after being on hold and the actual call for a total of 2-3 hours that they refund for Task Rabbit and the Delivery Fee would be applied back to the card used during the original purchase. This never happened. The delivery was scheduled for a Saturday and we made arrangements to stay home during the period it was set to be delivered. The information was incorrect but no one notified us. The logistics company blamed IKEA and IKEA blamed the logistics company. The logistics company stated that it was arranged for Sunday but the information online and with the IKEA customer service representative stated that the delivery was set for Saturday. The logistics company argued that they wouldn't bring it til Sunday so we rearranged our schedules again. The logistics company stated that they would be here within 30 minutes but showed up 3 hours later.

After going through a ridiculously bureaucratic process that took a total of 5 hours of my time, I received a call from IKEA stating that I had to complete information via an email and then wait on another phone call from customer service to receive the refund for the delivery fee due to their repeated mistakes and the refund for Task Rabbit. I have no idea if this will actually be processed as I continue to get the run around and have IKEA waste my time.

We live across the street and love it. We eat there often. You can eat health or load up on calories. Prices are very reasonable. Story layout is awesome to shop through. Can’t imagine giving less than 5 stars

IKEA is an experience like no other. Can be very over stimulating, plan ahead, be prepared to stay for hours. Once inside the layout Is set up to keep you inside, so have a plan of whats needed, wanted, make a list, stick to it, otherwise 🥹....

Loved it. 4 floors ( 2 garage levels and 2 floors ). The first floor has stuff based on things to get ready for college and has stuff like kitchen, living room, all the things for your dorm room. Also place for your kids to stay while you shop. On 2nd floor there's home, entertainment, toys, and rooms made to help you play and find what would be good for your room.If you know what you want go to the self search place and you can get things added to your shopping cart and pick all the items somewhere else in store. Ordered something online? IKEA will send you an email on where to pick it up. Amazing place!

Their iconic store has almost an amusement park feel. Popular with most, a turn-off to some. A cafeteria onsite helps keep the kids happy. Parking is probably the best designed use of space of any large retailer I've ever seen. Most everything is assembled by the customer. Styles are fresh, quality is generally good, and prices are extremely competitive.

Bought and paid in full for a leather couch in December 2024. Never received a call about delivery, luckily, I was home when it arrived unannounced in Jan 2024.
Some of the couch arrived but not all of it. IKEA made me wait for two weeks to have the partial couch returned before I could get a refund.
I have spent over 10 hours on the phone have three different tickets open and still nothing is happening. No refund or even an offer to make up for lost time and money. It's now Feb 2025. For a large corporation they are very disorganized and frankly incompetent ad their customer service is a joke. LOTS of talk. Do not buy from IKEA.
UPDATE: It gets worse. No show for two separately scheduled pickups. I think they are not going to pickup my order and keep my $$$. Time for small claims court I guess...
