I loved echo till they moved! They switched up their staff/volunteers and now I never feel welcome, I’ve gotten some rude remarks from some of the ladies and was once told that if I wasn’t spending a bit to use cash because they have to pay tax on credit card purchases which is understandable but I definitely don’t need to be told as I am an adult. They say they aren’t a thrift store but they take donations like one. Prices are insane, for example a mr potato head was listed at $8 mind you it’s used, meanwhile it’s on sale at Walmart for $3. NOT FOR SALE is also a common thing here. Come on now, you have several people writing similar reviews. It’s disappointing !

store is a lot bigger than it looks in the outside. Once you venture in and get past the women's stuff you go towards the back and there's a men's department a kids department housing department furniture and knick-knack department. Good prices definitely worth a look around.

This is a very cool little resale shop! They always have some nice stuff and very reasonably priced! Best part is they give back as an outreach center! If you’re in Evergreen it’s totally worth a few minutes to stop by Echo and see if you can find a deal to take with you! 🙏🏻

I love to thrift and stop by often, and epal thrift far surpasses echo. The prices here are horrible for a thrift shop. And the staff is kinder at epal as well. Echo is charging so much money for used and donated items. And the vibe is always weird.. it’s difficult to find anything under $12 here

We moved to Evergreen over the summer and had a very large sectional that did not fit in our new home. The couch was 1.5 years old, was purchased from Restoration Hardware for $18,750, and came from a smoke free/pet free home. We were excited to donate to EChO and help out a future family. However, when the team came to pick it up, they said it was "slightly discolored" (the color was called Dove and was an off-white/gray mix) and refused the donation.
We turned around and sold it for $10,500.
So sad how they pick and choose who can donate.

First let me start off by saying this is in no way shape or form a thrift store, sure they may take people’s donations like a thrift store, and sure it’s cluttered like a thrift store, but their prices are no different than a retail store. I personally came into this thrift store hoping to find a couple nice items, instead what I found was a store taking people’s donations and charging outrageous prices for them. I was puzzled to find that most their watches are priced around $15 and one was even $47! I mean I get it, it might cost $60 on eBay but you are calling yourselves a THRIFT store, nice try. Not to mention the nice set of cross pens that was for some reason priced at $40. I have seen those pens all over and am an avid collector myself, those pens brand new cost $60 and the fact that a “thrift” store is selling them for $40 just makes me sad. Quit lying to your community about donating and buying for a better cause, at the end of the day this shop is run by nothing but crooks looking to make a fortune on other people’s donations. FYI there are plenty of thrift stores about 20 minutes away in Denver that are much more affordable and not trying to get $50 for a watch. Not to mention the chairs this store was trying to sell for $180 a piece, they even went to the next step by printing off how much they cost online. If you are going to compare your prices to online prices than why don’t you just go ahead and sell online yourselves. It is clear you aren’t selling any of that over priced furniture, considering I’ve seen the same chairs here for about 4 months now. Echo Rip Off Store, please lower your prices or just start selling online.

I love how they have this store organized. Unfortunately, I had an issue with an employee there. I picked out about ten items and my baby girl needed a diaper change. I asked them to hold my items at the front as I had to go to my car. I changed my little one and also nursed her. I was in my car for about 15 minutes when I came back to finish shopping. The woman who was holding my items was already putting them back out on the floor. She says, "Oh, you really did want these." I thought that it was quite disrespectful. When it was time for me to check out, she noticed I had one item that was not in the sale. She wanted to make sure that I understood it was full price, but said it in a very condescending way. I am quite shocked that a Christian store would hire someone that behaves in this manner. I've been here 3 times and that was the only issue I've ever had. Everyone else is so nice and helpful.
