I have been in the printing business for more than 30 years, so I kinda know my way around the block. I contacted Pioneer Press because my printer that I have used for many years was almost shut down due to the pandemic. I contacted PP and spoke to Tammi Guerrero and without hesitation she stepped up and took the job. Her communication is excellent, as mine is not great. From uploading the product to ore-press to production and delivery I was thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

We worked with Pioneer Press to print at a flier and two catalogs, and all three turned out great! They were a tad slow to respond to my initial email, but after that, they always got back to us in good time and made sure all of our communication was clear.The fliers and catalogs themselves worked out wonderfully - Pioneer Press mad e sure all of our communication was clear, looking at our samples, discussing paper and print color in person, and providing us with useful proof copies before the final print. In the end the flier and catalogs looked great. We were pleased with the color on the cover and color matching on the inside, and after a lot of discussion our over printing also looked correct.

Overall, a very enjoyable, collaborative process resulting in several good pieces of mailing material. We will definitely work with them again.
