I had over 3000 viruses and was locked out of my computer. They removed every virus (I also had no idea I had viruses on it) and restored all my data. They saved everything. And while they were working on it, they gave me a loaner computer to use. They were super kind.

I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop from Epower through New Egg. All of my recent computer purchases have been refurbished units. The Dell unit I purchased from Epower worked great and it was like new. I returned it to them though because the camera on it from Dell was not good enough for what I needed. Ashley at Epower was terrific! She's a gem. I recommend that her boss give her a generous raise (no I'm not related to her). She was very responsive to my emails and told me exactly how to return the unit and sent me updates every step of the way. I would definitely purchase another computer from Epower.
