Went there to pick up a sweatshirt for myself. Ended up getting not only that, but sweatshirts for my two boys as well. They had great variety, very reasonable prices and high quality items. The best part though was the wonderful customer service we got from Jessica. She's an absolute gem and made shopping with two young boys a breeze. Thanks for everything Jessica!

I bought a well-made souvenir sweatshirt at a great price, IMO. Most other pikes peak sweatshirts looked more generic but cost 1.5 times as much. Overall, there was a great selection of souvenir items.

The red haired sales woman was very rude. I had to get a shirt from the bottom of the pile and messed up the stack. Told her I was sorry and she rolled her eyes and stomped over to the shirts to fix it. I spent quite a few dollars in that store but will never go there again.

Update: After the owner posted a reply, I called the store. The person I spoke with was very friendly and knew immediately how to resolve the issue. Thank you for demonstrating excellent customer service!

A lot to offer and very kind staff. Disappointed with one t-shirt. It made one trip through the wash and NOT hot dryer and came out with the graphic peeling. We tried wax paper and an iron, but it did not solve the issue.

This store has some unique designs and offerings, not your standard tourist fare. Bought several items! Got home and I was missing a bag of stuff from the Christmas Store down the street. After an hour of backtracking I called them. I had left the bag in their dressing room and the girls put it under the counter for me. Thank you so so much! Return customer for sure!
P.S. Just looked at the other reviews…no loud music playing. Might’ve been John Denver if they were playing any at all.

Stopped by at the store on April 26th around 4pm. Inappropriate music was being played loudly in the store. I grabbed two shirts for my toddler and one of the shirt that he put on April 30th had a letter fall off. I had an issue last year In November with another kids clothing being cheaply printed.
