All advertising, and like a lot of sham advertising slicks, it's impossible to cancel. Your best bet is not to subscribe with them in the first place. The woman in circulation I begged to cancel us in the first place got downright hostile.

Reason #7 in the recent story 'Reasons to Love Denver 2021: Much-Needed Distractions' was flat-out insulting and condescending to the point I plan to send the story to several media outlets in Texas to let them know how 5280 Magazine feels about them here in CO. I've lived in Denver since I was 8 years old and this article embarrassed me with it's unprofessionalism. Spencer Campbell says, "The only trouble was teaching that pack of wildcatters how to behave in a civilized society." The ironic thing is if Spencer was civilized he wouldn't have to resort to the several insults he squeezed into this sad commentary. I can take a joke, this particular commentary was in very bad taste.

No one has a key & assists you to open the locked doors to get some stuff to purchase. Very poor customer service despite their numbers here and there ?

Don't try to contact anyone at this magazine concerning what could be an interesting local interest story. They will neither return telephone calls or acknowledge emails. Not real impressed with their PR!
