5 11 was an internet only store and now has brick and mortar locations. It's always best to try on the clothes before you buy them, and they are frequently on sale for 25% off. The highlands ranch location is noticeably bigger than the Colorado Springs locaion.

I had an AWESOME experience at the 5.11 store. Outstanding service/help from the staff. A large selection of items to purchase in a “comfortable” environment. Clean dressing room to try on clothing as well. The best part of shopping there was the great music they had playing. Wow!

Great store with great staff. I love the ABR Academy events they host for free (see attached pic) which you can find on the corporate FB page. Also be sure to come on the week of May 11th, "5.11 Days."

On Saturday, 7/13/24 at around 11:00 PM, the entire Promenade Shopping Plaza where 5.1 Tactical- Highlands Ranch is located, Comcast experienced an internet outage from 11:45 PM and it was not resolved until after 6:00 PM on Sunday, 7/14/24. Normal hours for that location on Sundays is 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM. There was staff present from 10:00 AM- 2:30 PM in the hopes that the internet would be restored, but unfortunately it was not and they were instructed by higher leadership to close for the rest of the day. 5.11 uses the internet to make ALL electronic transactions. They were not able to make any sales because they could not get online. The staff also posted a sign on the door explaining all of this and it wasn't taken down until Monday morning at 10:00 AM.

Good store, nice and big. Clean and well organized. It is a bit pricey but, you are paying for good quality and the clothes hold up very well.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and tentative. They will look up products per request on their database for you.

You don't feel rushed when looking around the store. Good shopping atmosphere and they do support Law Enforcement and First responders.

I would recommend a better selection of jackets tho.
