Great free museum with real artifacts and the history of our country's wars. Friendly knowledgeable staff, display of military vehicles from throughout time with the beginning of our years up until recently. There's about 10 tanks and an attack helicopter out front. Pretty cool experience! was recommended to me by the Peterson SFB visitor center.

Small and quiet when we went but free and very interesting. When approaching gate one you're going to turn right as if you're going to the visitor center and the museum is on the immediate right of the visitor center, you can't miss it. You do not need to get on post to see it. Really nice, interesting, and full of history.

I served with the 4th during the invasion of Iraq in 2003, this museum and monument were very hard to visit. It was difficult to see the names of the men I served with engraved on the wall. Then find myself looking at the antiquated gear we fought with in the war.

Checked website three days prior to visit. No mention of closing the Thursday before Easter. The tanks out front were interesting though.

Very small museum, but has a lot of exhibits from World War I on up to the war Ontario highly recommend going to see the 94 pound silver bowl

Amazing historical preservation of artifacts from WWI, WWII, Vietnam, IraqiFreedom and so much more. The Staff is friendly with vast knowledge that they readily shared. The Museum is self guided but I was fortunate to get a guided tour that brought the artifacts to life. Some of the many highlights are the Liscum Bowl, Saddam's cash box and spider hole cover. While this is impressive, there is so much more. Outside are multiple tanks to see. It is all free and outside base so no passes needed.
