I purchased from this business not long after they opened the location in Ontario. My entire experience was great from start to finish but I didn't leave a review, so here it is. Excellent and highly recommended business and friendly and welcoming to new gun owners purchasers.
No business is perfect and negative reviews will happen as you can't please everyone all the time and sometimes there's a misunderstanding, or an employee or two who get too comfortable and slack off or lack customer skills, but at least the owner here responds to negative reviews not just good ones. I just wanted to note that important observation because it shows the business is up to date with how things work with the public today and pays attention and maintains an effort beyond just its 'regulars', tries to look into the matters and make things right, unlike a couple of other related and well known gun industry and auction businesses in the area who only responds to positive reviews. Says a lot about customer service and genuine efforts that extend beyond the cash register and fan base.

It takes a genuine effort and a level of humbleness for management to NOT ignore
unsatisfied customers and to publicly reach out to them. That's genuine customer service and good business ethics some other gun related businesses should learn from, but they're run by older guys too old school to realize it's a mistake to ignore the power of today's social media and the many review funnels today's newer customers regularly look to in these modern times. Well done 2A Zone.

Just wanna say have a really great team in there however because of 1 employee the whole dynamic of the store became really awkward and dead if I say.

I have been there dozens of times the girl who works there is awesome always very knowledgeable and jolly to be there. Same thing with the Samoan dude. The gunsmith guy is just great with the enthusiasm and passion for what he does and the guy with the red beard very professional and great with paperwork.

However the little dude, with dark hair is just terrible. No professionalism, very rude, maybe he owns the place but there is no way someone can act like that. I feel sorry for the coworkers who deal with his attitude.

Very knowledgeable! We came in not knowing what ar to purchase and everybody was patient and actually explained differences not like other stores who just show you them and don’t really have any knowledge! Would definitely recommend if it is your first time buying any gun to come here!

As a first time gun purchaser I can honestly say after visiting other shops I was blown away by my experience at 2nd amendment. Aubri was very helpful and quick with responding to my questions through email. When I came in to purchase a P320 X5 Legion I was greeted by Kyle who assisted me with the process. Kyle was very kind, patient, and informative with all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I felt very comfortable in the store after feeling out of place at other shops. Ethan rang up my sale and he great energy and was very friendly. I can’t wait to go back and pick up my gun. I can’t see myself ever buying from anywhere else other than 2nd amendment. Went to go do my ammo transfer today! Kyle was the gentleman that assisted me in the process. He was fast, precise and courteous. He also helped me carry out the many heavy boxes to my car which was a godsend as a lot of other places won't do. I highly recommend this place for all your ammo transfers as well guns as they have a lot of selections in stock/on their wall! Keep up the good work Kyle/guys! Thanks a lot! God Bless!

Went to start my dros with them today. The gentleman that helped me, Ethan, was super-fast, friendly and courteous in assisting me with the whole process! He answered all my questions and concerns quickly, filled out all the paper works and I was out the door within 15-20 minutes (when it was my turn)! I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends for their dros and transfer needs!
