Hi, we had a great experience with 208Geek. They came into our business and ran diagnostics on all of our company computers. They found a nasty virus on one of the computers that McAfee did not catch. They also found a suspicious App from another Country, that was downloaded onto one of the computers without our knowledge. Was glad I contacted 208Geek.com as the company to fix my computer; The computer tried to do a Microsoft update and hung up; I wasn’t able to complete the update and then it wouldn’t let me reload the windows program. Brought the computer in to the shop and they were able to get it fixed for me with a quick turn around. I also had them come out and check on my router as it was giving me some connection problems. Ken was able to help me clear the issues and assured me that my network was secure. I would highly recommend 208Geek to anyone needing work on their computers. Their personnel are in my opinion “Awesome” Great job everyone!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly team. Jacob provided me with two options to address my computer issues. He let me know that my machine was limited in its performance but that it was repairable if that was what I wanted. He also told me about the custom computers that they had available for sale.
